We buy in items every day, Monday through Sunday, until 5 pm.
We buy adult clothes, kid's clothes, shoes, accessories, cosmetics, books, home décor, furniture, board games, baby gear, toys, formula, and so much more!
You do not need to make an appointment, but if you are bringing more than a box or two and need assistance, please park around our back entrance located on Ashe St. (as seen above) and give us a call or let us know that you need help bringing items in so we can assist.
We do require an ID when selling with us, but you will only need to show it the first time you sell.
You can choose to stay and shop around while we go through your items, or you can choose to leave and we can give you a phone call when we are done. For customers who stay, depending on how many items you brought in and how many people are before you, wait times can vary from anywhere between 10 minutes to an hour.
We provide the option for the seller to choose between bringing your remaining items that we did not buy back with you, or you can choose to donate. When choosing to donate, your items will be donated to people in need in 16 surrounding counties, free of charge.
You can also choose if you would like to donate your cash/credit offer to help local families in need. Let us know when dropping your items off that you would like to "donate to the jar".
For sellers who leave, your remaining items will be held on to for 24 hours. If items are not picked up after 24 hours, the items will be donated. If you can not make it to pick your items up, please call and let us know.
